Depending on the intended scope of testing, we often offer TDDs in various stages or design the TDD flexibly according to your individual needs and the dynamics of the transaction process. Exemplary work packages:

Red Flag Report

Quick initial assessment with a focus on energy yield, permits and technical deficiencies.

For each anomaly, our TDD experts formulate a suitable measure as a recommendation and state the probability of occurrence. The results are vividly presented in a “traffic light system” and are used for an initial assessment of the state of the wind turbine or wind farm.

Yield evaluation

Detailed analysis of expected energy production, taking into account:

Wind reports, performance curves, park design, wake effects, shutdown times (e.g. bat protection)
Plausibility check of all income factors for a well-founded investment valuation

Full TDD report

For transactions involving large investment sums, a comprehensive TDD report is considered. In addition to the documents from level 1 (wind yield assessment, building permit and inspection reports), the assessment basis is extended to include documents on site suitability, contracts for network connection and maintenance, as well as plant-specific design and technology documents.

At best, the theoretical document review is supplemented by a current condition-oriented examination of the respective wind turbine and the associated infrastructure on site.
