As 8.2 Obst & Hamm GmbH, we have been part of the 8.2 Group since 2003, with its three specialized teams: Photovoltaics & BESS, Wind Energy, and Condition Monitoring.

• Preparation of offers for our service portfolio
• Correspondence within the 8.2 Group and with customers for project acquisition or for planning & coordination of active projects in our Wind Team
• Preparation and follow-up of on-site assignments in coordination with the expert team (e.g., scheduling, compilation of documents and documentation, organization and booking of domestic and international travel)
• Preparation of project invoicing
• Additionally: Preparation of trade fair activities, maintenance of customer contacts & management of internal data (e.g., project references, products, or equipment)

• You are enrolled in a business-oriented degree program, preferably with a technical minor (e.g., Technical Business Administration).
• Customer orientation and communication are among your strengths.
• You have strong organizational skills and bring a structured, independent, and proactive approach to work.
• Language skills in German (business fluent) and English (fluent) in spoken and written form are required.
• You are proficient in using IT applications (MS Office & web applications).
• Interest and affinity for renewable energies are desirable.

The 8.2 Renewable Energy Experts Hamburg GmbH is one of the leading specialists in the field of 'photovoltaics plus X applications' and offers a comprehensive range of technical and economic consulting services as well as inspections for solar parks, hybrid power plants, storage integration, and off-grid power supply. • Collaboration on technical consulting projects for photovoltaic and storage projects in Germany and worldwide
• Preparation of (pre-)planning documents using AURORA, HOMER, and/or PVsyst
• Researching information and preparing it for the project team
• Assistance with system inspections

• Student in a technical degree program with a focus on energy technology and/or renewable energies, in an advanced semester
• Interest in renewable energies
• Previous experience in photovoltaics and/or storage systems is beneficial
• Strong technical analytical skills

• Technical testing of onshore wind turbines (e.g. at the end of warranty or at the end of maintenance contracts)
• Evaluation of wind turbines and projects as part of transaction processes
• Customer support, project management and technical advice (e.g. as part of owner engineering projects)
• Carrying out vertical tower motion measurements and vibration measurements on the drivetrain
• Carrying out construction progress checks and component inspections
• Preparation of (damage) reports

• Completed engineering degree, e.g. with a focus on mechanical engineering, energy technology or civil engineering
• Several years of professional experience in the wind industry, preferably an expert for wind turbines or, alternatively, in technical operational management, planning or construction of plants
• Very good knowledge of technologies, components (foundation, tower, machine) and control of conventional onshore wind turbines (e.g. the manufacturer Nordex, Vestas, Enercon and GE)
• Organizational talent, distinctive self-organization and overview of complex projects
• Customer-oriented and communicative team player looking for long-term employment
• Class B driving license and willingness to travel
• Safe handling of all common MS Office applications

• Implementation of technical due diligence tests for wind energy projects (onshore)
