In Döllen (Prignitz district, Brandenburg), a new open-space solar park is being built in the portfolio of the Hamburg-based CEE Group, asset manager for renewable energies.
8.2 Obst & Hamm GmbH, Hamburg (formerly 8.2 Obst & Ziehmann GmbH) provided the corresponding technical advice.
Once completed, the major Döllen solar park project is expected to offer a peak capacity of 154.4 MWp from March/April 2023 and thus supply around 150,000 megawatt hours of “green electricity” per year.
“The new solar park at the Döllen site impresses with a nominal output of 154.4 MWp and, in this dimension, also demonstrates the potential of renewable energy as a central component of the energy transition. The production and provision of clean energy is essential for climate protection and has also become an issue of freedom under the influence of current geopolitical developments,” says Detlef Schreiber, CEO of CEE Group.
