Measurement of tower movement
By measuring the tower movement, the condition of the tower clamping in the foundation can be evaluated in order to plan any necessary repair work. With the help of this measuring method, the firm anchoring of the wind turbine tower in the foundation can be checked. Recommendations on further procedures for the owner / operator of the wind farm are also part of the final measurement report .
Measurement of the inclination of WEC towers

Quality assurance and construction supervision for new foundations and towers
We have been advising and monitoring the construction of foundations and hybrid towers as well as wind farm infrastructure for many years. The temperature monitoring used during foundation production documents the heat development and the cooling process of the foundations. This enables us to recommend concrete technology optimizations and thus contribute to the prevention of damage to this part of the structure. Construction supervision increases the quality of the work carried out and ensures that the preparatory work at the wind farm runs smoothly until the wind turbine is erected. Downtimes during transport and erection of the turbine are thus minimized. Technical uncertainties in the construction process are clarified until the wind turbine is accepted.
